Grilled Korean Bulgogi Pork Rashers
- 1 pack Gorgeous George Meatery Pork Rashers
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Half a thumb / 2.5cm of fresh Ginger (grated/finely chopped)
- 60ml / 4 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 Pear (grated)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Spring Onions
Cut the amazing Gorgeous George Pork Rashers into 5cm pieces.
Mix all the other ingredients except the Spring Onions in a sealable bag that can hold the marinade and then add the cut Pork Rashers. Marinade the Pork Rasher pieces for an hour at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
Grill the marinaded Pork on the braai at a medium heat until cripsy and dark in colour.
Garnish with the Green Onion and serve for a light snack in Lettuce leaves or on some fluffy Basmati Rice for a more substantial meal.
