Honey & Soy glazed Pork Sausages
- 1 pack Gorgeous George Meatery Pork Sausages
- 90ml / 6 Tbsp of honey
- juice of half a lemon
- 30ml / 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- half a thumb / 2.5 cm of fresh ginger (julienned)
- Salt & pepper to season
- Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Get the pork sausages grilling on the braai.
While the sausages are grilling away, mix all the other ingredients in a heat proof dish to create a delicious marinade.
Once the suasages are browned and almost cooked (+-10 – 15mins), add these to the marinade and coat thoroughly.
After coating, return the sausages to the braai and continue brushing with marinade until finished cooking.
Season and garnish with the fresh coriander leaves.
