GGFRP Pty Ltd Returns Policy

Our policy is to always provide you with the very best customer service.

Sadly several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Perishable goods such as food (including meat) are exempt from our Returns Policy, with the exception of expired perishable goods on date of receipt by the customer, should it ever occur.

To be eligible for a return, requests need to adhere to the below requirements:

  • Return or Store Credit is requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Items are returned in their original unused condition within 7 days of receiving confirmation of return

To return an item, please mail our friendly customer service team at oink@gorgeousgeorgemeatery.co.za to receive confirmation and acceptance of the return.

Please include the below details in your request email to speed up the process for our team:

  • Order Number
  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Collection Address
  • Preferred Collection times and dates
  • Contact details at collection address
  • Confirmation if you would like to return or exchange the relevant item

After receiving confirmation and acceptance for your return, please place the item securely in its original packaging, with all original documentation and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the packaging.
We will then arrange collection as per requested details.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions:
We sincerely regret that the below items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • SALE items
  • Gift cards

Lost, Defective & Damaged Items:
Oops! We sincerely apologise if you ever receive damaged of defective items, or don’t receive your items at all.
Mistakes do happen but we commit to providing a fast, convenient solution, so please contact us as per our returns process and we will replace your order at no additional cost.

Who pays for collection of returned items:
Refund: A collection fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Exchange: It is the customers responsibility to arrange delivery and collection of the items requested to be exchanged.
Lost, Defective or Damaged Items: No additional fee’s will be applied.
