Roasted Honey Mustard & Ginger Pork Neck
Pre-heat the oven to 250°C
Season the Pork Neck with salt & pepper and cover in a little olive oil, in an oven proof dish.
Stick the Pork in the oven for 10mins at 250°C and then turn to brown the other side for another 10mins.
While the pork is roasting, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
After the pork has browned on both sides take the Pork out and turn the oven down to 130°C.
While the oven is cooling down, cover the Pork all over in the Honey Mustard mix.
Once covered all over in the Honey Mustard mix, put the pork back in the oven at 130°C for another 40mins.
Serve this with delicious roasted potatoes or even roasted beetroot and fennel.
